Biography: Lauren Simon

Lauren Simon is a screenwriter, speaker, therapist, certified hypnotist, Reiki Master, and the author of the empowering forthcoming book, “Cracked Wide Open, Letting the Light Pour In!" Lauren has been counseling people internationally for many years now, helping them find their own voice and have faith in their strength. Lauren understands that we all face trying times in our lives. She is a mother who wrote through sleepless nights to heal herself after finding out about her daughter’s sexual abuse at the hands of Lauren’s step-father. This realization triggered repressed memories of her own sexual abuse by the same man. "It is never too late to live your dream. The time is now to make peace with the past and let it go.
